By accessing our website or enrolling in any certification program offered by Neuroakashic University®, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Educational Purpose
All certification programs offered by Neuroakashic University® are intended for educational, wellness, and conscious exploration purposes only. Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in a certification program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds are not available once access to course materials has been granted. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methodologies, and trademarks associated with Neuroakashic University®, including Observer Systems™, Unlimited Light™, and the Maestro y Coach Akashico® certification system, are the exclusive intellectual property of Neuroakashic University® and Ana Silvia Lara. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Certification and Licensing
Upon successful completion of a certification program, students receive a digital certificate and practitioner or facilitator license as specified in their enrolled level. Licenses are personal and non-transferable. Facilitator licenses are valid for one year and subject to renewal.
7. Code of Conduct
All students and practitioners are expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in their practice. Misuse of certification credentials or methodologies may result in revocation of license without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Neuroakashic University® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our programs or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international educational standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neuroakashic University® operates.
